Bree Harries is a little untraditional. She ditched a white-dress wedding to elope and traded in her surfboard for a down coat when she came to Bozeman, Montana. That’s probably why property management – far from a conventional desk job – fits Bree so well.
She brings a diverse property management background, fluency in Spanish, and a drive for exceptional service to the Sterling CMG team. With over 1.5 million square feet of managed space under her belt, Bree has a depth of experience in the field.
Her experience extends to medical, office, retail, and industrial properties. In former roles, Bree worked in large markets, managing the needs of dozens of tenants and handling complex maintenance requests. She leans into the demands of property management. From navigating vacant medical buildings late at night with nothing more than a cell phone light to reviewing lengthy, tricky contracts, Bree relishes a new challenge.
She enjoys working with tenants and owners. It’s a “genuine love for working with the public.” But just as much as she enjoys the interaction, she also likes digging into the paperwork.
Bree likes to stay organized on the back end, carefully managing contracts and vendors, budgets, and maintenance plans.
Outside the office, Bree is active in her church, the Spirit of Sharing Military Outreach Program, and Operation Appreciation. The rest of the time, her husband and toddler keep her on her toes as the family explores Montana.
She also joins the legions calling for a Trader Joe’s to land in Montana – tally up another vote for Bozeman, Montana, TJs!
