Coach. You might be envisioning a tracksuit – but Bridget Baxter does her best coaching in Anne Taylor. With a formal background in health promotion and an evolving real estate resume, Bridget brings a unique blend of leadership and coaching skills to her role as Chief Operations Officer at SterlingCRE.
Bridget’s professional journey began with her own ventures – a nut butter company, corporate health coaching, and leading fitness classes. With over a decade of real estate and property management experience, Bridget found her niche in the operations side of the business. As former Director of Operations, Bridget spent several years working on Missoula’s lively urban neighborhood development, Old Sawmill District. She was an integral part of the team, overseeing property management, leasing, human resources, staff recruiting and development, and marketing strategy.
Bridget thrives in complex environments where she is able to help solve problems and create team cohesion.
She also contributed to the development of owned start-ups Brio Fitness, C3 WorkLounge, and Boxcar Bistro. During her tenure outside of real estate at Stryker, Bridget led an Account Services department spanning the Rocky Mountain and Western states. Her team was responsible to ensure life-changing implants were delivered on time for patient surgeries.
For Bridget, joining SterlingCRE was the perfect opportunity to put her skills to the test as the organization positions itself for future growth and expansion. She is passionate about small business and thrives in complex environments where she is able to help solve problems and create team cohesion.
Outside of the office, Bridget enjoys running and spending time with her husband, daughter and black lab. And, it’s no surprise that she has one simple wish for a new retail option in Missoula: “We need an Anne Taylor!”
