Casey Rose, CCIM

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Bio

Casey Rose spent his youth dedicated to competing (and winning) at the highest levels of skiing he could enter. After wrapping up a degree program and a successful Division 1 lacrosse career (including a stint as captain) at Rutgers University, Casey moved to Bozeman, Montana. There, he supported land sales, investment deals, and residential opportunities with a small residential firm.

Casey Rose is “…an impact player,” said Brian Becht, Rutgers Lacrosse Head Coach.

And one thing is for sure: Casey has no lack of ambition. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation early in his career, while supporting youth sports programs, participating in ultramarathons, and working on several commercial transactions every year.

“I’m focused on adding value for clients,” he says. “In a market like Montana, the right broker and the right network are crucial in pinpointing the most profitable opportunities – some that you might not even know were available.”

Casey’s lifestyle and background have prepared him for the intensity and demands of the commercial real estate world. Through decades of extreme big mountain skiing, he has honed his ability to perform under pressure – and make careful judgment calls. Now, he brings those skills to his professional life, working diligently toward client success even when projects get tough.

In addition to his work with Sterling CRE clients, he coaches high school athletes. And, as you may have guessed, he spends his free time on the slopes. After traveling and living across the US, Casey was intentional about making Montana home. “There isn’t anywhere else I would want to be,” he says.
