Jessica Morina, Property Management Director

Jessica attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned two degrees. Soon after college she began her career in property management. She brings fourteen years of property management experience to the team with a focus on client/tenant satisfaction and adding value to the asset. Most of Jessica’s career was spent with Greystar, a large, international management company, where she gained critical knowledge to implement policy and procedures that ensure long term success for both her clients and Sterling CMG.

Cory Miller, Facilities Director

Cory graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Finance. Since then, he successfully started and grew a statewide janitorial services company with over 70 employees. After 18 successful years, he sold the company prior to becoming a partner at Sterling Commercial. Cory’s expertise is in facility management and maintenance.
