A Snapshot of the Missoula Area Commercial Marketplace

Missoula’s office and industrial vacancy rates continue to outperform both regional and national rates, further fueling the demand for flex/warehouse development.  Average rents for office, industrial, and retail properties in Missoula all saw an increase in overall asking rates compared to one year ago. With an influx of both public and private funding driving a number of local projects, there appears to be no slowing in commercial development in the near future.
