Missoula Industrial Market Continues To See Robust Absorption

Missoula Industrial Park 100% Pre-Leased

Sterling CRE Advisors is proud to announce Anchor Industrial Park is 100% PRE-LEASED to a corporate tenant!  Claire Matten and Matt Mellott represented the Landlord, APAK, LLC, in successfully negotiating a long term lease with VIKOR Teleconstruction prior to the completion of the project.  The new 9,500 square foot building, built by Meridian Construction, is slated for completion this November.  Features include grade level loading, upgraded power installed by Anchor Electric, an additional yard storage area and dedicated parking.  Jessica Morina with Sterling CMG was awarded the property management role for the building.

VIKOR Teleconstruction, based out of South Dakota, is a full service wireless infrastructure construction company whose customers include all of the national and wireless carriers, public utilities as well as wind energy developers, oil and gas, and government agencies.
