Will graduated from Montana State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and immediately went to work as an assistant project superintendent for a construction company building multi-family housing in Bozeman, Montana. It was during this time Will identified that he wanted to be in the commercial real estate industry long-term.

Will moved to Missoula where he worked as an application and project engineer for five years before making the decision to transition into real estate full-time. Will leverages his experience with engineering and project management to find, analyze, and guide Sterling CRE’s clients through the commercial sales process. In addition, Will adds value to Sterling CRE’s client relationship via his personal experience investing in both multi family and industrial properties.
Will and his wife welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in spring 2019 and when he finds time, enjoys volunteering with the Montana Snowbowl National Ski Patrol, mountain biking, and working on projects around the house.
