Jackson Bruff

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Bio

Jackson Bruff began his path to commercial real estate and development through an accounting degree from Ole Miss. After obtaining his graduate degree in accounting he dabbled in public accounting as CPA before taking the deep dive into real estate development.

Jackson found his stride joining forces with York Developments, a boutique development firm out of Livingston, Montana. He’s touched all facets of development from debt sourcing and land acquisition to the redevelopment of EPA sites and entitlement of industrial land. Specializing in the multifamily, industrial and hospitality spaces, he’s eager to continue to build his development portfolio while honing in on skills as a commercial real estate advisor. With all CCIM courses complete, he’s on the road to adding a few additional letters to his name.

A southern gentleman by heart, his dreams of having a Chick-fil-A in the Gallatin Valley are coming to fruition. He’s anxiously awaiting the arrival of the location planned for 19th Avenue.

“I specialize in bringing a fresh eye to problem-solving. My background in development helps me find the right solutions to my client’s real estate needs- and if it doesn’t exist- I can find you a site and build it.”
