Affordable housing is a real concern for Missoulians. Missoula, as well as places like Bozeman, have seen housing prices rise precipitously in recent years. 

In Missoula, the Office of Housing & Community Development reported that a majority of respondents said housing was too expensive in the 2020 Community Needs Assessment.
